Capabilities & Experience Based on accumulated experience, the MTS Service Department can provide the customer with accurate diagnostic analysis of existing heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems. This analysis is completed from the viewpoint of providing the customer with the most cost efficient response to an existing problem, weighing the benefits of repair, replacement or re-design against the cost of each. Because we are part of a comprehensive mechanical contracting firm, we bring the capacity to renovate completely or partially any duct system, plumbing or piping system, and any of the equipment that serves these systems. The Service Department has a combined total experience of 100+ years in the field of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of multiple types of heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
We offer our client’s customized Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA). Our PMA is designed to provide an on-going maintenance program. The PMA’s will be directed and scheduled on a regular basis, by our comprehensive equipment maintenance scheduling system based on manufacturers’ recommendations, equipment location, application, type, run time. Our maintenance customer’s are assigned primary and secondary technicians to their support equipment. The client is informed of the program’s progress and results on a continuing basis via a detailed Service Report presented after each service call for their review and record.
